Bill Oetjen, Chair
CHAIR'S MESSAGE
Restore Balance in City Hall. It's Overdue!
Here's a question:
When was the last time a Republican occupied a seat on Burlington's City Council?
The Answer: April of 2020.
Since then, as I hear every day in conversations with people around town, the deterioration of the quality of life here has accelerated, along with our trust in government to right this ship. We need practical, concrete solutions. And we need to restore political balance in City Hall.

We need Republican representation on the City Council and on the many commissions that guide the daily functioning of departments.
With Republican representation, we can expect to have a sober, critical eye on the policies that affect our daily lives...just as we successfully had in our more safe, secure, and prosperous past.
Keep an eye out here for proposals from our very dedicated membership as we spotlight practical solutions that can benefit all of us. And use the message option below to share your own thoughts.
Let's work together!
Our Summertime Creemee Social in August was a lot of fun!
Good conversations, beautiful views,
even Manny approved!

Should we do it again in September?
